Florida Tech offers these exclusive military savings for servicemembers seeking their degree:

• Full-time, active-duty military servicemembers (activated, mobilized or recalled to active-duty Reservists and Guardsmen) may be eligible for $0 out-of-pocket tuition. (See chart below.)
• Reservists, Guardsmen and Veterans qualify for a special tuition rates.

Military Spouses and Florida Tech

Spouses of active-duty service members, who are seeking their undergraduate degree, are eligible for the Military Spouse Appreciation Rate ($250 per credit hour). Spouses of Reservists, Guardsmen, Veterans and dependents of disabled or deceased veterans receive special rates on their undergraduate tuition.  Florida Tech also extends special military tuition rates for any graduate student with a military affiliation as well. Please be sure to ask your representative about these rates.

Florida Tech and the Yellow Ribbon Program

As a proud participating university in this exciting new servicemember benefit, Florida Tech is helping pick up where the Post-9/11 GI Bill leaves off. Not all degree-granting institutions are participating in the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement program, which allows participating institutions located in the United States to voluntarily enter into an agreement with VA. The institutions will fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. Participating institutions can contribute up to 50% (rates vary by school) of those expenses and VA will match the same amount as the institution.
